OUR STORY

STARTED WITH
INDICATION

It began with lift indication: showing passengers where the car is, clearly and reliably, on any controller. From there the range grew to interface cards and drivers, security systems, voice and signalling accessories, and full-colour TFT displays. Bringing Peters Research alongside added the other half of the passenger journey: deciding which car goes where, and proving it works before anything is installed.

1992
Elevate Electronics Ltd incorporated in England and Wales.
1997
Dr Richard Peters founds Peters Research Ltd for software development and vertical-transportation consultancy. Elevate goes on to become the industry standard, used daily in over 90 countries.
2000s
C.E. Electronics becomes the largest independent supplier of position indicators, supplying installers, modernisers and OEMs across North America and Europe.
