These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Elevate Electronics Ltd, trading as C.E. Electronics ("Elevate Electronics", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 02730824, Bridge House, Station Approach, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire HP16 9AZ, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the website

You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with the specification, purchase, installation and support of lift electronics. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware or use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site;
  • use the site to send unsolicited communications or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing;
  • misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a company when contacting us.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, part numbers, dimensions, compatibility statements, images and specifications on this site are provided for general guidance. They do not constitute an offer, and products are subject to change without notice as we develop them. Compatibility with any lift controller depends on the specific controller version, wiring and configuration at site; it must be confirmed with us before ordering. Images may show optional finishes or configurations.

Lift equipment is safety-critical. Products must be installed, commissioned and maintained by competent persons in accordance with the installation instructions we supply and the standards and regulations applicable in the country of installation (for example EN 81 in the UK and Europe, ASME A17.1 in North America). Nothing on this site is a substitute for that documentation or for professional advice.

The content of this site, including text, images, drawings, logos, product names, software and the design of the site itself, is owned by or licensed to Elevate Electronics and its group companies and is protected by copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual-property laws. "Elevate", "Elevate Dispatch" and the Elevate device are marks of Peters Research Ltd. "C.E. Electronics" and the C.E. device are marks of the Elevate Electronics group. Otis, Dover and other manufacturer names are the marks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

You may view, download and print pages for your own business use in evaluating or specifying our products. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

5. Enquiries and submissions

Information you send us through the site (including drawings, photographs and specifications) must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you, preparing quotations and designing products. We treat commercially sensitive submissions in confidence, but you should not send anything you regard as a trade secret without a separate confidentiality agreement.

Electronics Inc., its US terms of sale), which are issued with each quotation and are available on request from sales@elevate-electronics.com. In the event of conflict, the terms of sale prevail in relation to any order.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page; the date at the top shows the current version.
