Any controller with a serial, discrete or network output. Direct interfaces exist for Otis 401 and 411-style controllers, Otis Data Link, Dover and MICRO COMM 3-wire networks, and an Ethernet bank interface serves up to 8 cars. Other controllers are bridged with a protocol converter specified from the controller details you send us.

Yes. Replacement units are engineered to the existing stud pattern, cut-out and wiring, either like-for-like or upgraded to TFT, so the faceplate and fixture stay in place.
